Punjabi Pinniyan(Healthy Ladoo) Recipe.



Total Time:30 Minutes.


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg-Whole wheat flour
  • 1 kg-Ghee
  • 100 gram-Flax seeds
  • 100 gram-Sesame seeds
  • 100 gram-Fennel seeds
  • 50 gram-Almonds
  • 50 gram-Cashew nuts
  • 50 gram-Raisin
  • 50 gram-Musk melon seeds
  • 50 gram- Dry ginger powder
  • Half kg-Jaggery
Direction:How To Make ?


  • Separately roast flax seeds,sesame seeds,fennel seeds for 4-5 minutes.



  • After roasted grind them, make a coarse powder and mix them.





  • And also grind cashew nuts,muskmelon seeds,almonds  and make  a coarse powder.
  • Heat  half ghee in a pan and add  wheat flour to it, mix and cook on a medium low flame,stirring continuously.


  • Roast the wheat  flour until golden brown,, and take out on a plate.
  • And then heat half kg ghee again  in the  same pan on the medium flame, and add jaggery and mix well and then add all ground dry fruits and also add flax,sesame,fennel. mixture and raisin and dry ginger powder, and  mix well, and add  then add roasted wheat flour and keep mixing through out the process,switch off the flame.


  • And then Remove the pan from stove.
  • And with wet hand ,take small portion of mixture and roll it with both hands to give a round shapes as shown.



  • Healthy ladoo is ready to serve
