Veggie Sandwich Recipe For Kids Lunchbox.





Cooking Time:2-3 Minutes.

Ingredients:

4 -White or Brown Bread
Kale,carrot,cauliflower,green pea
butter
salt to taste
1 tbs-Tomato paste.



Direction:How To Cook ?


  • Boil the veggies until its become tender.

  • And after that drain the water and mash the veggies.


  • And then heat the pan then add 1 tbs butter and the add  boiled mashed veggies and some salt and 1 tbs tomato paste, mix it well.



  • And spread the butter on the bread slices and place the veggies stuff  on one bread and cover with another bread, cut it triangle shape.


  • And then heat the tawa and put some butter or one cube of butter and place the sandwich on the tawa and  and roasted the bread both side until turn brown.

  • Yeah sandwich ready you can eat immediately and best option for kids lunch box

Til mawa Ladoo with White Sugar Recipe.







Cooking Time:10 Minutes

 Ingredients:

1 Cup-Milk powder
1/2 Cup-Milk
1  Cup-White caster Sugar 
1/2 Cup-Sesame seeds
1/4 Cup-Ghee



Direction: How To  Make This.


  • Firstly take a large pan and add ghee and heat it and  then  add milk powder gradually with stir and mix well ,{note- do not add milk powder at a one time} and then add milk and mix well.
  • And then stir contentiously  and then add sugar powder and stir well and mix it well and then add sesame seeds and mix well and stir it continuously on low flame for 10-12 minutes,now the dough separates from the pan, do not over cook,other wise the laddo turns chewy.

  • After 10 to 12 minutes  off the flame and put it into plat or mould  and set it well,cool down on room temperature and after 5-7 minutes ,make a laddo and decorate with sesame seeds.

Marble Cake Recipe.

Cooking  Time:35-40- Minutes.


Ingredients:

1  Cup-Whole Wheat flour
1 Can-Condensed milk 250 ml or{1 cup sugar powder} or you can grind sugar }
1/4 Cup- Cooking oil
1/2 Cup-Milk
1 tsp-Baking powder
1 tbs-Yellow food colour
3 tbs- Cocoa powder
1 tsp-Vanilla essence
1/2 Cup-Tutty fruitty.


Direction:How To Bake This:






























  • In a mixing bowl ,add oil  and then add condensed milk and  mix well and then add  wheat flour,add vanilla essence, baking powder, and add tutty fruity,milk and mix well.
  • And then divide the  mixture in to 2 bowl and then cocoa and extra milk to one and the yellow food colouring to another.
  • And then grease the cake tin with oil and now  real fun starts๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
  • Alternative spoonfuls of  vanilla yellow colour and chocolate cake batter into your pans and repeat until you have used all your batter.
  • And then drag with a toothpick through  the batter to create lines .
  • Make sure your tooth pick is lightly to touching,try to create the lines using one continuous motion,going up and down,then side to side.
  • And preheated kadai or pan for 10 minutes {and for oven preheated oven at 160 degree Celsius  for 10 minutes.}
  • And then place the cake tin in the kadai and cover it with lid and also cover the lid with thick clothes and cook for 35-40 minutes.{for oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.}
  • Check the cake with a skewer after 20 minutes by poking it in, if it comes out clean ,its ready,if not keep for some more time.
  • Take the cake out of the pan and let it cool.
  • Then using a knife,loosen the edges and take the cake out
  • Serve with tea,coffee or just as its is!!!!!!!!!!!
