Palak(Spinach)Roti Recipe.



Prep Time:15 Minutes.
Cook Time:1 or 2 minutes per roti.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups-Whole;e wheat flour
  • 250 grams-Spinach
  • 1 tsp-Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying roti
Direction:How To Cook.








  • Rinse the spinach leaves in water and drain them.
  • And roughly chop them.
  • And boil the spinach leaves in hot water for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Strain and keep some of the stock in which we have boiled the spinach leaves.
  • Puree the spinach in a blender.


  • And then in a large boil mix the whole wheat flour with salt and add spinach puree and mix well.
  • And add required amount of stock or water and make a smooth dough




  •  Take a medium size ball from the dough ,roll the dough ball in to circle shape.
  • And  place the spinach roti on a hot tava.
  • Once you see some bubbles on the roti and then flip it.
  • Drizzle some oil on the top side for roasting the roti.
  • When the second half cooked then flip  again.
  • Again apply some oil on the top of other side.
  • Press the roti from all sides  and cook it well on both sides.
  • Make all spinach roti this way.
  • Serve the spinach roti  with butter or yogurt or Sabzi .

Soya Chunks Fry With Potato Recipe.



Total Time:20 Minutes.
Ingredients: 

  • 2 Cup-Soya Chunks
  • 2 Potato,Boiled
  • 1-Onion ,chopped
  • 1 tbs-Tomato paste
  • 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbs- Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as requirement 
  • Oil for cooking
  • Chopped coriander leaves.
Direction:How To Cook.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add soya chunks and fry til it become light brown, and then transfer them with a ladle to an absorbent tissue placed in a plate.
  • And then in the same oil add onion and saute for 1 minutes and then add turmeric powder,dry fenugreek leaves,salt to taste and cumin seeds and mix well and saute them for 1 minutes again and then add tomato paste  and mix well.
  • And then and boiled potato dice and mix well and then add fried soya chunks and mix well. and then add water 3 cup of water and cook for 7-8 minutes and then add half cup of milk. and mix well
  • And garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • And serve hot/warm with rice/roti..

Oats,Lentil,veggies Khichdi Recipe.



Cook Time :15 Minutes.

Ingredients:

1 Cup-Oats
1 Cup-Moong Lentil (Soaked) Split Green Gram 
1 Cup-Green pea
1 Cup-Carrot,chopped
1 -Tomato chopped
1 -Onion chopped
4 Cup-Water or according to requirement 
1 tbs-Turmeric powder
1 tbs-Dry fenugreek leaves
1 tbs-Cumin seeds
1 tbs-Butter for cooking
Salt to taste.

Direction: How To Cook.

  • Soak split green gram in water for a couple hour.
  • Heat  a butter in pressure cooker and add chopped onion and saute for 1 minutes and then add dry fenugreek leaves,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,salt to taste and mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  • And then split gram,oats,pea,carrot,tomato and add water and mix well.
  • And then cover the cooker with its lid and pressure cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
  • When pressure settles down on its own,remove the lid  and stir the oats khichdi.
  • Serve oats khichdi hot or warm with yogurt,salad

Rose Milk Shake With Ice Cream Recipe.


Total Time:5 Minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cup-Milk
  • 4 tbs-Rose syrup
  • 2 Scoop-Vanilla ,honey ice cream,(optional) or you can add ice cream according to your taste.
Direction:How To Make.
  • Add milk and rose syrup in the blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
  • And pour prepared  rose milk shake into serving glasses and add ice cream on the top and serve it immediately.

Carrot Juice With Mint Flavour Recipe.



Total Time:5 Minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 4-Carrot,sliced
  • 1/2 Cup-Fresh mint leaves
Direction:How To Make.
  • Wash and peel carrots and remove the mint leaves from the stems,rinse in water for a couple of times.
  • Push carrots and mint leaves through a juicer.
  • Pour prepared juice into serving glasses,and garnish with mint leaves.
