Poha (Rice flakes) Recipe.



 Cooking Time:10 mints
Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup-Chivda(Rice flake)
  • 1 tbs-Mustard seeds
  • 1 -Medium onion chopped
  • 1/4- Cup-Green Curry leaves
  • 1/2- Cup- Boiled green pea
  • 1-Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs-Tomato paste
  • 1 tbs- Tamarind  paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs-Pea nut
  • 2 tbs- Ricotta cheese(paneer)
  • 2 tbs -Water
  • 1 tbs-Cooking oil
Direction: How To Cook This:

  • Firstly,rinse(rice flakes) quickly with water,drain the water completely.
  • Set a side to soften .





  • Now heat the oil in the pan and add mustard seeds when they start crackling add onion and cook for till they become light brown and now add green curry leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes, and now add green pea and cook for 3 minutes  and then add chopped tomato and cook for another minute.
  • And then add tomato paste,turmeric powder,tamarind paste and salt and mix well.




  • And then add poha(rice flakes) and peanut and ricotta cheese(paneer) and  2 tbs water mix well.
  • And cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  • After that switch off the flame

  • Serve immediately with Tea and roasted bread .

Instant Bread Cake For Kids.






Direction:How To Make This.


  • I cup cold full cream in a cold bowl.
  • Whisk on high speed about 4-5 minutes.

  • 1/4 tbs- condensed milk and mix well,don't over beat.

  • So whip cream is ready and now separate the cream into two portions.

  • Add 2 tbs cocoa powder and also  2 tbs add melted chocolate  and mix well.

  • Bread slices,cut the crust from side.

  • And then apply water and damp the bread to soft.

  • Spread whipped cream.

  • Cover with another bread slice and dump.
  • And spread the chocolate whipped cream.
  • Repeat with remaining breads.


  • Cover with chocolate whipped cream.


  • And take milk chocolate and grate the chocolate on top and cover the sides too.. and decorate with dried res-beery.(optional) 
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  • And then cut it,enjoy Ittttttt.

Mango chia Smoothies.





Ingredients:
2-Mangoes ripe
2 tbs soaked chia seeds
2 tbs mango tutty fruitty


Direction:How To Make This.

  • Firstly soak the 2 tbs chis seeds for 30 minutes until they take on a chewy texture reminiscent of tapioca smoothies





  • And then peel the mangoes  and chopped mangoes,and then blend them.
  • And then pour into the serving glass and also add soaked chia seeds and for garnish add the mangoes tutty fruitty.
  • Immediately serve..

Instant Jalebi Recipe.







Cooking Time:10-12 Minutes.

Direction :How to Make This:


  • Mix contents of the pack with 130 ml water,and make a smooth batter,and also make sugar syrup: dissolve 300g sugar in 240 ml water,bring to boil,reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 min
  • And then pour into gits jilebi maker or alternative in thick cloth with small hole.

  • Heat the 250g oil in the pan/kadai.


  • Hold the  nozzle of the jilebi maker just above the surface of the oil,squeeze 2-inch round of batter into the hot oil,fry until golden brown on the bottom,then flip to fry on the other side until its golden on the other side until its golden.

  • Remove the jallebi from the oil and set on paper towel to drain,keep aside for 1-2 min.
  • And then jalebi in warm sugar syrup for 20 seconds.
  • Serve hot and cold with tea...
