Roasted Potato Recipe.





Cooking Time:20-25 Minutes

Ingredients:

8-10 Small potato(You can change the quantity according to your requirement)
2-3  tables spoons olive oil,enough to just coat potatoes
1/2 cup-chopped fresh green  coriander
1 tbs- fennel
1 tbs- turmeric powder
1 tbs- coriander powder
1 tbs- dry mango powder
1 tbs- cumin seeds
salt to taste

Direction:How To Cook.




  • Firstly  cut them in a round shape  and then boil the potatoes in a pot for 5-6 minutes, after that take them out.



  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds ,dry mango powder,and then add coriander and mix them and add turmeric powder,coriander powder,fennel seeds ,salt to taste and mix them,saute it for few seconds,don't burn it ,switch off the flame.






  • And mix this seasoning with potatoes and make sure all potatoes coated with this seasoning.
  • And then in the same pan add 1 tbs oil and  add coated potatoes and shallow fry them until they both side become roasted, make sure turn them in between,don't burn them.  and then switch off the flame .
  • And enjoy with any type of roti/naan/rice with yogurt

Healthy Oats & Atta Biscuits Recipe.



Cooking Time:25 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  •  1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup Oats flour(Grind quick oats)
  • 1/2 Cup Pure desi ghee(Clarified butter)
  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery (Gur)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 11-12 chopped Almond  or cashew or Raisin(You can chose any of these)
  • 1/3 Cup Milk

Direction: How To Cook This:













  • Firstly in a bowl add wheat flour,oats flour and ghee,and rub the mixture with hands,and add jeggery,pinch of salt and add raisin,chopped cashew ,mix again and then add milk and prepare a dough(no need to kneading the dough) just mix  well until you get a sand like texture,bind it with soft hands, prepare a long shape and rap the dough with a foil,and then keep the dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 min, and  after 30 mint take the dough out of the freezer and foil and then take a sharp knife and slice thin pieces
  • And place in oven bake tray and bake in preheated oven for 22-25 mint at 170c.
