Potato sausages rolls






Cooking Time:20-25 Minutes.

Ingredients:
1 -Pastry puff sheet
3-4-Potato{boiled,mashed}
1 Cup-Boiled green pea
1-Chopped onion
1 tbs-Cumin seeds
1 tbs-Anardana{pomegranate  powder}
1 tbs-Green fenugreek leaves
Oil 

 Direction:How To Make This?





  • Heat the 1 tbs oil in the pan and then add cumin seeds and when its start crackling then add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes and then add boiled pea and mix it well and then add mashed potato and mix well and then add pomegranate powder and salt and mix well and then take off from the heat and let it cool down at room temperature. 





  • And cut the puff pastry in to slices.
  • And place the mixture at the edge of puff pastry and roll it and seal the edge to join them by pressing them together.


  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree c  for 10 mint and then place the sausage roll in the oven and cook them for 20 minutes at180c until golden brown.
  • And eat them with your favorite sauce.

Rice Pakora Recipe.



Cooking Time:10-12 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup-Cooked rice or leftover cooked rice
  • 1/2 Cup-Whole flour 
  • 1 Cup-Gram flour 
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs-Dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbs-Mango powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for dough  mixing
  • Oil for fry
Direction:How To Cook.





  • Take cooked rice in a bowl and add gram flour and add whole flour and turmeric powder,dried fenugreek leaves ,mango powder,salt  and mix this mixture with little little amount of water.(don't add too much water)




  • And then heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for  shallow frying, and  make long shape of batter or round shape ,fry few pakora at a time.
  • After few minutes ,flip them or move them around to get even cooking and browning.
  • Once they get golden brown and crispy from all sides , remove it to a paper towel lined plate using slotted spatula.
  • Pakora are ready to serve,served hot and warm with tea
