Milk Powder Burfi {Sweet}Recipe






Cooking Time:10-12 Minutes

Ingredients:

2 Cups-Milk powder
1/2 Cup-Milk
1/2  Cup-Sugar powder

1/4 Cup- Ghee
1 tsp-Green cardamon powder 
1 tbs-Pistachios ,chopped


Direction : How To Make This:





















  • Firstly take a large pan and add ghee and heat it and  then add milk and stir it and after 1 minute add milk powder gradually with stir and mix well ,{note- do not add milk powder at a one time}
  • And mix well  and stir contentiously  and then add sugar powder and stir well and mix it well and then add green cardamom powder and mix well and stir it continuously on low flame for 10-12 minutes,now the dough separates from the pan, do not over cook,other wise the burfi turns chewy.
  • After 10 to 12 minutes  with off the flame and put it into plat or mould  and set it well and garnish with pistachios and press the pistachios with hands  and then rest it for 1 hour in the refrigerator .or you  can  cool it at room temperature {if not hot weather}
  • And after that cut it into desire shape and serve it.

Baked Potato Patty(Tikki) Recipe





Cooking Time:20-25 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2-Medium boiled potato
  • 1 Cup-Bread crumbs
  • Boiled mix veggies{green peas,carrot,beans,corn,}
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs-cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs-dried mango powder
  • 1 tbs-Mixed Italian herbs 
  • 1 tbs-Oil
Direction:How To Bake This..





  • First in a bowl ,mash all boiled veggies and then mash potato and mix all together and then add bread crumbs and add salt,turmeric,cumin seeds,dried mango powder,Italian herbs ,oil mix well.


  • Take a small portion of dough and shape it into ball and now shape the balls in to flat tikki{patty}.and apply oil on the both side of tikki {patty}.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degree C for 10 minutes,
  • Spread veggies potato patty on the oven tray lining with aluminum  foil.



  • Place the tray in oven on  grill mode ,bake for 10 minute  for one side until lightly browned ,and remove the tray  from the oven carefully flip each patty and bake another 10 minutes.
  • When its baked from both side then  serve hot and warm with a sauce and chutney.

Cup Cake With Dried Fruit Recipe








Cooking  Time:20-22 Minutes.


Ingredients:
1  Cup-Plain flour
Half cup of almonds thin flakes
Half cup of pitted dates
1 Can-Condensed milk 300 ml
3 tbs- Butter
1 tsp-Baking powder
1 tsp-Baking soda
1 tbs-Vanilla essence
1/4 Cup-Milk
1/2 Cup-Tutty fruity.

Direction:How To Cook.























  • In a mixing bowl ,add melted butter  and then add condensed milk and  mix well and then add   plain flour,milk,add vanilla essence,baking soda,baking powder ,dried pitted dates,and almonds flakes  and add tutty fruity, and mix well and make a good paste.
  • Grease  the cake tin with oil .
  • And then pour the wet mixture in the cup cake tin.
  • And preheated oven at 160 degree Celsius  for 10 minutes.
  • And then place the cup cake tin in the oven and bake for 20- 25 minutes.
  • Check the cake with a skewer after 20 minutes by poking it in, if it comes out clean ,its ready,if not keep for some more time.
  • Take the cake out of the pan and let it cool.
  • Then using a knife,loosen the edges and take the cake out
  • Just some sprinkle castor sugar on the top of cake and also add edible sugar pearls
  • Serve with tea,coffee or just as its is!!!!!!!!!!!
