Egg less Whole Wheat Flour Cake With Custard Flavored Recipe.



Cooking  Time:35-40- Minutes.


Ingredients:

1  Cup-Whole Wheat flour
1/2 Cup-Custard powder
1 Can-Condensed milk 250 ml or{1 cup sugar powder} or you can grind sugar }
1/4 Cup- Cooking oil
1/3 Cup-Milk
1 tbs-Baking powder
1 tbs-Yellow food colour
1 tsp-Vanilla essence
1/2 Cup-Tutty fruitty.

  • Start heating a large  Kadai/pan,and  place a wire stand or perforated plate in side the pan, and cover and let it preheat for 7-8 minutes.

  • Tutti fruitty to a bowl ,reserve a few to sprinkle on top before baking,add all-purpose flour.{ tutty fruity coated with flour,because  with the help of coated tutty fruity never sit in the bottom in the tin}





  • In a mixing bowl ,add oil and then add condensed milk and  mix well and then add and whole wheat flour ,custard powder ,vanilla essence,yellow food color, milk, and coated tutty fruitty ,baking powder and mix well, make a good consistency, and add tutty fruitty on the top of cake batter.




  • Grease  the cake tin with oil and place  the wax paper in the tin.{if you have no baking paper then after greasing the tin ,dust with flour,so with this cake cant stick with tin}
  • And then pour the wet mixture in the cake tin,and bake in preheated kadai/pan.



  • Keep the flame low-medium and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Check the cake with a knife or skewer after 35 minutes by poking it in, if it comes out clean ,its ready,if not keep for some more time.


  • Take the cake out of the pan and let it cook.
  • Then using a knife,loosen the edges and take the cake out






  • Serve with tea,coffee or just as its is!!

Eggless Butter Cookie Recipe.



Cooking Time :30 Minutes.

Ingredients:
Unsalted butter-250g
1-1/2 -Cup -All purpose flour
1/3-Cup fine sugar
1/3-Cup milk{normal temperature}
1 tsp-Baking powder
1 tbs-Vanilla extract.

  • First, whip room temperature butter with powdered sugar for  4-5 min.


  • Add all purpose flour and vanilla extract,baking powder,and add 1/3 cup of milk for making smooth flour.

  • And after that grease your hands and make a small  bowl from the flour.

  • And Place them on baking try ,and you can  make a design with knife ...use aluminum sheet on the baking try.

  • And bake them in preheated oven at 170 degree Celsius for about 30 minutes.


  • When one side is half cook the flip them ,cook for other side as well.

  • And it really depending on how crispy you desire your cooking to be.
  • After baked cookie  let it cool completely.
  • And then cookies are ready to serve.

Lentil Soup Mix Recipe







Cooking Time:15 Minutes.

Ingredients:
1 Cup-Mix lentils{Peas,beans,Lentils}
1- Small onion chopped
1-Small tomato chopped
2-Green chili chopped
2-3-Garlic cloves chopped
1 tbs-Cumin seeds
1 tbs- Turmeric powder
1 tbs-Coriander powder
1 tbs-Dried mango powder
Salt to taste
2 tbs-olive cooking oil{you can any kind of oil}
3 Cup-Water.
For garnish add fresh chopped green coriander.

Direction: How To Make This:











  • First soak the lentils for 1 hour and add 1 tsp of baking soda in the water .{because with baking powder lentils become more tender}
  • After 1 hour drain the water of lentils and wash it ..
  • And then add this soaked lentils with  3 cup of water in the pressure cooker and then pressure cook for 10 minutes at high  pressure,after the cooking time is done,let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.{ if you have not pressure cooker then soak the 1 cup of lentils for 5-6 hours and drain and place in 3 cups of  fresh water and bring to the boil,boil for 10 minutes then simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.}







  • And then heat the oil in the pan and add cumin seeds when its start crackling  then add chopped onion and saute for few seconds and the add garlic and saute for few seconds and then add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute and then add salt ,turmeric powder and dried mango powder ,coriander powder and mix well and then add boiled mix lentils with water and cook for 5 minutes and then switch off the flame and then with the hand blender, puree the soup a little bit at a time until the it is slightly thickened {if you puree the soup too much,it will get too thick and you will lose the integrity of the lentils}or {if you don't  have hand blender, simply transfer a few cups of the soup to a standard blender and puree,then return the blended soup to the pot}





  • Finally garnish with chopped fresh green coriander.
  • Server hot or warm with bread or just just only soup...
