Total Time:25 Minutes.
Prep Time-10 Minutes.
Cook Time-15 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 250gm- Soya chunks(boiled)
- 250 gm-Green beans ,chopped
- 1-Onion,chopped
- 2-Tomato,chopped
- 1 tbs-Ginger,chopped
- 1 tbs-Red chilli powder
- 1 tbs-Cumin seeds
- 1 tbs-Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbs- Garam Masala.
- 1/2 -Cup of water.(According to consistency)
- Salt to taste.
- Boil the soya chunks in a pot for 4-5 minutes and then squeeze the chunks dry and set a side.
- In a separate pan,heat the oil and add cumin seeds till it start crackle, add onion and fry till the onion turn light brown ,add tomato,fry for 2-3 minutes,add red chillies powder,ginger,turmeric powder,garam masala, and salt to taste and mix well.
- Add the green beans and soya chunks and add 1/2 cup of water , cover and cook for 10 minutes till the green beans are cooked and soya chunks have absorbed the flavour of the ingredients.
- Garnish with coriander leaves( optional)
- Serve with Roti/Rice.
