Green Beans With Soya Chunks Recipe







Total Time:25 Minutes.
Prep Time-10 Minutes.
Cook Time-15 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 250gm- Soya chunks(boiled)
  • 250 gm-Green beans ,chopped
  • 1-Onion,chopped
  • 2-Tomato,chopped
  • 1 tbs-Ginger,chopped
  • 1 tbs-Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbs-Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbs- Garam Masala.
  • 1/2 -Cup of water.(According to consistency)
  • Salt to taste.

  • Boil the soya chunks in a pot for 4-5 minutes and then squeeze the chunks dry and set a side.
  • In a separate pan,heat the oil and add cumin seeds till it start crackle, add onion and fry till the onion turn light brown ,add tomato,fry for 2-3 minutes,add red chillies powder,ginger,turmeric powder,garam masala, and salt to taste and mix well.
  • Add the green beans and soya chunks and add 1/2 cup of water , cover and cook for 10 minutes  till the green beans are cooked and soya chunks have absorbed the flavour of the ingredients.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves( optional)
  • Serve with Roti/Rice.
