Ingredients:
- 2 Slices whole grain bread(you can roast the bread)
- 2 tbs Spread cheese.
- 1/2 Avocado
- Salt to taste.
How to make this recipe.
- If you prefer breads in toasted form, you can toast it first.
- Cut the avocado half, remove pit and put in to the bowl and mash it.
- First apply the spread cheese on the bread and then avocado mash and add salt to taste, now just close the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
- Simple healthy snack and you can add Tomato, Cucumber, and Slice Cheese and enjoy with hot drink.
