Cooking Time:25 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup Oats flour(Grind quick oats)
- 1/2 Cup Pure desi ghee(Clarified butter)
- 1/2 Cup Jaggery (Gur)
- Pinch of salt
- 11-12 chopped Almond or cashew or Raisin(You can chose any of these)
- 1/3 Cup Milk
Direction: How To Cook This:
- Firstly in a bowl add wheat flour,oats flour and ghee,and rub the mixture with hands,and add jeggery,pinch of salt and add raisin,chopped cashew ,mix again and then add milk and prepare a dough(no need to kneading the dough) just mix well until you get a sand like texture,bind it with soft hands, prepare a long shape and rap the dough with a foil,and then keep the dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 min, and after 30 mint take the dough out of the freezer and foil and then take a sharp knife and slice thin pieces
- And place in oven bake tray and bake in preheated oven for 22-25 mint at 170c.
