Cooking Time:10-12 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup-Cooked rice or leftover cooked rice
- 1/2 Cup-Whole flour
- 1 Cup-Gram flour
- 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs-Dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 tbs-Mango powder
- Salt to taste
- Water for dough mixing
- Oil for fry
Direction:How To Cook.
- Take cooked rice in a bowl and add gram flour and add whole flour and turmeric powder,dried fenugreek leaves ,mango powder,salt and mix this mixture with little little amount of water.(don't add too much water)
- And then heat the oil in a pan on medium heat for shallow frying, and make long shape of batter or round shape ,fry few pakora at a time.
- After few minutes ,flip them or move them around to get even cooking and browning.
- Once they get golden brown and crispy from all sides , remove it to a paper towel lined plate using slotted spatula.
- Pakora are ready to serve,served hot and warm with tea
