Cooking Time:10-12 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 Cups-Milk powder
1/2 Cup-Milk
1/2 Cup-Sugar powder
1/4 Cup- Ghee
1 tsp-Green cardamon powder
1 tbs-Pistachios ,chopped
Direction : How To Make This:
- Firstly take a large pan and add ghee and heat it and then add milk and stir it and after 1 minute add milk powder gradually with stir and mix well ,{note- do not add milk powder at a one time}
- And mix well and stir contentiously and then add sugar powder and stir well and mix it well and then add green cardamom powder and mix well and stir it continuously on low flame for 10-12 minutes,now the dough separates from the pan, do not over cook,other wise the burfi turns chewy.
- After 10 to 12 minutes with off the flame and put it into plat or mould and set it well and garnish with pistachios and press the pistachios with hands and then rest it for 1 hour in the refrigerator .or you can cool it at room temperature {if not hot weather}
- And after that cut it into desire shape and serve it.
