 Ingredients:

1 Buch- Fresh Red Russian Kale

1 Bunch -Fresh Tuscan Kale

1 Bunch-Fresh Curly Kale

1 Bunch-Fresh Spinach

1Bunch-Fresh  Goosefoot{Batho}

1tbs-Ginger chopped

1 tbs-Garlic chopped

1tbs-Green chilli chopped

1 tbs-Cumin seeds

1tbs-Turmeric powder

1 tbs-Oil

1tbs-Ghee

1 Onion  chopped

1 Tomato chopped

Salt to taste

1 1/2 Cup-Cottage Paneer{Cheese} Cubes

Water for boiling
