Mexican Vegetarian Tacos Recipe.






Cook Time:15 Minutes.

 Ingredients:

  • 3 Tacos
  • Half chopped tomato
  • Half slice of cucumber
  • Half slices of avocado
  • Half cup of soya granules 
  • 1-Potato
  • 2 tbs- Tomato sauce
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1/2 tsp- Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
Direction:How To Prepare.
  • In a large bowl combine the cucumber,avocado,tomato and tomato sauce.
  • Warm the taco shells in the microwave for 1 minutes.
  • Boil the  soya granules  for 2-3 minutes ( they will double in size) switch off the flame and drain the water and rinse under fresh running water,so that all the dirt goes. and  also boil the potato slice and  then  drain the water.
  • Heat the 1 tbs oil in a pan and add boiled soya granules and potato slice and add  salt and red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  •  To assembles the tacos,spread soya granules potato mixture and then add one by one other ingredients,and on the top add tomato sauce,finish the tacos with garnishes of your choice, serve immediately.
