Ingredients
- Milk : 1 Cup
- Daliya (Broken Wheat) : 1 Bowl
- Sugar (As per taste/requirement)
How To Make:
Take 2 tbsp Desi Ghee or Olive oil in a pan and heat it. Add solid Daliya in it and roast it to brown.
Add milk and sugar to it and boil at medium low heat. Keep stirring to prevent it from burning. Keep boiling till the broken wheat becomes tender.
Serve it in bowl.
Tips: You can add dry fruits as per your choice.
