Bread Halwa





Total Time:20 Minutes.
Prep Time: 10 Minutes.
Cook Time:10 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 -Slices bread
  • 1/4- Sugar
  • 3 tbs-Melted ghee/ oil
  • 1/2- Cup water
  • 6- Almond ( without skin crushed)
  • 6-Raisin 
  • 1 tbs- Sesame seeds
  • 1/2- Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbs- Yellow food colour(optional)
  • 1/2- Cup water
  • Coconuts flakes for decoration.

Directions:







  • Trim the edges of the bread slice & set aside. Heat 1 tbs of ghee/oil, now add the bread slices cubes, saute until the bread become light golden, when the bread turn brown add sugar, dry fruits and stir for 2 minutes and add water 1 tbsp of vanilla essence and 1/2 tbsp yellow food colour, mix well and cover if for 4-5 minutes on low heat flame and then add coconut flakes for decoration and serve hot.
