Cook Time:10 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 4 -Slices bread
- 1/4- Sugar
- 3 tbs-Melted ghee/ oil
- 1/2- Cup water
- 6- Almond ( without skin crushed)
- 6-Raisin
- 1 tbs- Sesame seeds
- 1/2- Vanilla essence
- 1 tbs- Yellow food colour(optional)
- 1/2- Cup water
- Coconuts flakes for decoration.
Directions:
- Trim the edges of the bread slice & set aside. Heat 1 tbs of ghee/oil, now add the bread slices cubes, saute until the bread become light golden, when the bread turn brown add sugar, dry fruits and stir for 2 minutes and add water 1 tbsp of vanilla essence and 1/2 tbsp yellow food colour, mix well and cover if for 4-5 minutes on low heat flame and then add coconut flakes for decoration and serve hot.
