Carrot (gajar) Ki Kheer







Total Time:30-Minutes
Prep Time:10Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes.


Ingredients:

  • Cups -Fresh full cream milk
  • Half kg- Grated gajar( carrots)
  • 250 gm-Condensed milk.
  • 2 tbs-Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup- Khoya 
  • 2 tbs-Almond,raisin,seaman seeds of each
Direction: How To Cook This Recipe.

  • Rinse,peel and grate the carrots.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan/pot, add grated carrots ,mix well.cook on low flame for 11-12 minutes, and keep stirring in between.
  • When the carrots become tender and then add milk,mix well and bring it to a boil over medium flame.when it starts boiling ,add condensed milk and mix well and cook for 5 minutes ,stir in between then add dry fruits , and add khoya ,give it a good mix well, cook for 1- 2 minutes and turn off the flame
  • Transfer it to serving bowl and you can garnish with coconut flakes, cashew,according to your choice.
