Ingredients:
- 2 Cup- Full cream milk powder
- 1 Cup- Cream
- 1 tbs-Ghee
- 1/2- Cup milk
- Heat the large pan on low flame and add butter and let it melt and then add cream and mix well.
- After that add milk and mix well and add dry milk powder and mix well and continuously.
- Cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot, cook for at least 15 minutes and stirring conterminously.when you see no bubbles in the reduced milk,its time to switch off the flame
- Let it cool and set in shape mold, or make a simple circle shape,then you can refrigerate it.
