Fry Green Banana Chillies (pepper)








Total Time:10 Minutes
Prep Time:5 Minutes.
Cook Time: 5 Minutes.

Ingredients: 


  • 3-4- Green banana chillies(peppers) You can take more quantity as your needed .
  • 1 tbs-Oil
  • 1 tbs- Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs-Red pepper powder
  • 1 tbs-Garam masala
  • 1 tbs-Mango powder
  • 1 tbs- Dry fengureek leaves
  • 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
Direction: How to Cook This Recipe.










  • Wash the green banana chillies and then slit them from centre and take the seeds from the chillies.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and dry fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder (Amchur powder), salt to taste and stir it.
  • Add green banana chillies, and add turmeric powder and stir them and mix well.
  • Now cover the pan with lid and cook low heat  till the chillies become slightly soft, cook for 5 mins and then check the chillies with cooking spoon. It should be soft and tender, if soft then they ready to eat.
  • Now switch off the flame and serve as as side dish with your food.
