Total Time 25 Minutes
Cook Time:2 or 3 minute per paratha
Ingredients:
For the Stuffing:
- 2 cup-Cauliflower(Gobi) grated(Increase the quantity according to your requirement)
- 1 cup-Fenugreek leaves finely chopped
- 1/2-Red chilli powder
- 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
For the Dough:
- 2 cup- Whole wheat flour(Increase the quantity according your requirement)
- 1/2-Cup of water
- 2 tbs- Oil
- Firstly heat oil in a pan and add grated cauliflower and fenugreek leaves chopped and then add red chilli,salt to taste and turmeric powder and mix well and let it cook for 5-8 minutes and switch off the flame.let it stuffing cool down.
- While the stuffing cools down,make dough for the pranatha add oil to wheat flour and mix well,make a soft dough by adding water little at a time,cover the dough for 10 minutes.
- Make small balls from the dough of equal size
- Roll the dough ball in to little bit of dry wheat flour and roll it in to small thick flat round shape.
- Place 2 tablespoon of the stuffing on it and close from all sides.Dust it in dry whole flour and roll it in to bigger round shape and just like a roti
- Heat the pan and place the rolled paratha.
- Roast the cauliflower (Gobi) paratha with oil till browned and roasted on both sides.
- You can also press the paratha edges with a spatula or spoon.Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove it from the pan or tawa and keep in the insulated container.
- Repeat the same for rest.
- Serve with yogurt/curd or butter.
