Total Time:30 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cup-Pea(boiled)
- 2 Cup- Mushroom(boiled)
- 2 Cup-Paneer(Ricoota Cheese)(boiled)
- 1-Medium onion,chopped
- 2-Tomatoes chopped
- 2-Cloves of garlic
- 1 tbs-Red chilli powder
- 1 tbs- turmeric powder
- 1 tbs-Cumin seeds
- 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
- Salt taste
- Chopped fresh green coriander
Direction: How To Cook
- Firstly wash the mushroom and chopped them and then boil the mushroom and pea and paneer(cheese) in separate pan,boil them till they turn soft.(approximately 10 minutes.)and drain them complete. and keep the pea and paneer boiled water
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,when its start crackling then add onion,fry till it become light golden and then add tomato and mix well cook for 2-3 minutes and then add red chilli,dry fenugreek leaves,salt to taste,turmeric powder and mix well stirring contumely and then add boiled mushroom fry for 3-4 minutes and then add pea and paneer(cheese) and mix well and add water ( don't throw away the water once you have drained the pea and paneer(cheese),we can add the same water in the gravy) and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with Rice or Roti or Naan
