Coriander Chutney Recipe



Total Time:10 Minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 or 2-Green chillies-chopped
  • 3-4- Clove of garlic
  • 1-Medium Onion-chopped
  • 4-5- Basil leaves 
  • 1 tbs- Black salt or  cooking white salt
  • 1 or 2 tbs- Brown sugar
  • 1/2- - cup of water
Direction: How To Cook 
  • In  a blender or chutney grinder, add 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves,green chilli,garlic cloves, chopped onion, black salt,basil leaves, brown sugar with some water blend or grind all the ingredients in a blender or chutney grinder till smooth.check the seasoning and add more salt or sugar if required.When it done ,squeeze the lemon on the top of chutney and mix well
  • Store  the coriander chutney in a covered bowl or container in the refrigerator.
  • Serve this chutney with variety of  snacks like sandwich,pakoda. samosa,cracker.
