Total Time: 8 hour
Ingredients:
- 1 Liter full cream milk
- 1 tbs -yogurt as starter
Direction:How To Make This:
- Rinse a pot,pour milk and bring it to boil on a medium to low heat and keep stirring,it took 7-8 minutes when it come to a boil and rinse,lower the heat to lowest ans simmer for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame.
- Allow the milk to cool down.
- Pour the milk in to container in which you are going to set the yogurt,or you can set the yogurt in same pan.
- Let the milk cool till it become lukewarm,this cooling process must be done at room temperature.
- I have yogurt maker ,fill the yogurt maker with boiling water up to top of red off line,just as for the usual yogurt maker instruction,put the container of milk in to the yogurt maker and leave for 8 hour after 8 hour take it out and put it in the fridge
- If you have no yogurt maker,just boiling some water and pour the boiling water in to the bowl and cover you yogurt container with warm clothes and put it in the dark place.
- In winter need warm place for yogurt setup.
For Flavour Yogurt:
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup- Plain Yogurt(curd)
- 1/2 Cup-Strawberries
- Wash and drain strawberries and mash with blender or mortar -pestle.
- And add this mash in plain yogurt
- You can make blurberris, mangoes pulp or banana mash flavour yogurt(curd)
