Kadai Paneer(Cheese)Recipe




Total Time:35 Minutes
Cook Time:25 Minutes.
Prep Time:10 Minutes..

Ingredients:
  • 4-5--Capsicum any colour of  capsicums red,green ,yellow,chopped,deseeded
  • 100 grams- Paneer(cheese) cottage cubes,boiled
  • 2-Onion chopped
  • 3 tbs-Tomato paste
  • 2 Cup-Full fat  cream
  • 1 tbs- ginger,chopped
  • 1 tbs-Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Cup-Water
  • 2 tbs-Oil for cooking
  • Chopped green coriander leaves.
Direction: How To Cook.















  • Firstly wash the capsicums and chopped  them ,and boil the paneer(cheese)  in a pan with pinch of salt and turmeric powder for 5-6 minutes and then switch off the flame and keep a side.
  • Heat oil in a pan,next saute onion until the onion turn light golden  and add the ginger, saute ginger until the raw smell goes off.
  • Add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder,dry fengureek leaves,turmeric powder,salt to taste. and 1 tbs water and mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.And then add full fat cream and 2 cup of water and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • And then add chopped capsicums and mix well ,cook for 10-15 minutes until capsicum turn softens,after that add boiled paneer(cheese) and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  • And then garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and switch off the flame. 
  • Serve this curry with roti,rice,naan.
