Ingredients:
- 4-5--Capsicum any colour of capsicums red,green ,yellow,chopped,deseeded
- 100 grams- Paneer(cheese) cottage cubes,boiled
- 2-Onion chopped
- 3 tbs-Tomato paste
- 2 Cup-Full fat cream
- 1 tbs- ginger,chopped
- 1 tbs-Red chilli powder
- 1 tbs-Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 Cup-Water
- 2 tbs-Oil for cooking
- Chopped green coriander leaves.
Direction: How To Cook.
- Firstly wash the capsicums and chopped them ,and boil the paneer(cheese) in a pan with pinch of salt and turmeric powder for 5-6 minutes and then switch off the flame and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a pan,next saute onion until the onion turn light golden and add the ginger, saute ginger until the raw smell goes off.
- Add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder,dry fengureek leaves,turmeric powder,salt to taste. and 1 tbs water and mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.And then add full fat cream and 2 cup of water and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- And then add chopped capsicums and mix well ,cook for 10-15 minutes until capsicum turn softens,after that add boiled paneer(cheese) and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- And then garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve this curry with roti,rice,naan.
