Ingredients:
1-Large zucchini,peeled,grated
1-Carrot ,peeled,grated
1-Medium onion,chopped
3-Potatoes,boiled,mashed
1 tbs-Arrowroot powder
1 tbs-Whole gram flour
1 tbs-Turmeric powder
1 tbs-Red chilli powder
1 tbs-Dry fengureek leaves
2 tbs-Oil for cooking
Chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Direction:How To Cook.
- Peel the skin of zucchini and grate it,then squeeze out excess water with your hands over the sink.
- Peel the skin of carrot and grate it.and squeeze the water.
- Boil potato and mash them .
- Place zucchini,carrot,potatoes,onion ,coriander ,arrowroot,wheat flour,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt to taste,dry fengureek leaves,mix well.
- Heat 2 tbs oil in a large fry pan on medium heat,make a small patties of mixture,shape them like patties,oval,as you may like.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden,repeat with remaining mixture.
- Add more oil as needed.
- Serve hot with any type of sauce.
- Or make vegetables sandwich:To make the sandwich ,light toast two/three bread slices,place the slice of cheese,and then place avocado slices and then place two veggies patties,pack the sandwich with the toasted bread,and then again put the veggies patties and pack the sandwich with the cheese slices of toasted bread.(you can choose 1 or 2 slice of bread, its up to you.)
- Serve this veggies patties with avocado or cucumber salad with yogurt.
