Prep Time:10 Minutes.
Cook Time:10-15 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1-Carrot cut in to thin strip
- 100gm-Green beans,trimmed(you can leave them long)
- 1-Onion,chopped
- 100gm-Spinach,roughly chopped
- 2-Individual packs of noodles
- 2 tbs-Olive oil for cooking
- 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
- 1 tbs-Full milk cream
- Salt to taste.
Direction:How To Cook.
- Boil noodles in sufficient water.Drain and cool.
- Heat oil in a pan/wok,add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes,add carrot,spinach,beans,mix well and add turmeric powder,dry fengureek leaves,salt to taste and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes,stirring continuously.
- Add noodles and cook on high heat for another 2-3 minutes,until the noodles are heated,and add 1 tbs full milk cream,mix well.
- Serve hot noodles.
