Veggie Noodles Recipe.





Prep Time:10 Minutes.
Cook Time:10-15 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1-Carrot cut in to thin strip
  • 100gm-Green beans,trimmed(you can leave them long)
  • 1-Onion,chopped
  • 100gm-Spinach,roughly chopped
  • 2-Individual packs of noodles
  • 2 tbs-Olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbs-Full milk  cream
  • Salt to taste.
Direction:How To Cook.
  1. Boil noodles in sufficient water.Drain and cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan/wok,add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes,add carrot,spinach,beans,mix well and add turmeric powder,dry fengureek leaves,salt to taste and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes,stirring continuously.
  3. Add noodles and cook on high heat for another 2-3 minutes,until the noodles are heated,and add 1 tbs full milk cream,mix well.
  4. Serve hot noodles.
