Namkeen Sev Recipe.





Cook Time:15 Minutes.

Ingredients:
3 Cup-Gram flour
1/2 Cup-Wheat Flour
1 Cup-Water
1 Cup-Oil
1 tbs-Carom seeds
1 tbs-Salt
Oil for deep frying
Sev maker.

Direction:How To Make.

















  • Take a large bowl and add oil and water and mix them together for 3 minutes,and then  add carom seeds and salt and add  the gram flour and wheat flour and mix well , it should be little sticky,make a soft dough . cover the dough and allow to rest for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Greased sev maker with attachment,(You can chose the attachment thicker and thin )place enough dough to fill the cylinder of sev maker and close, on other side heat the oil in a frying kadai/pan on medium heat.
  • When the oil is ready ,now hold the sev maker over frying pan, as you twist the handle sev will come out from the bottom holes, these are starting to fall in to the hot oil,as it falls into the oil,slowly move the machine in circulation motion.
  • When you done one circle stop, fry both sides till they become light golden  and oil will stop sizzling, sev is ready.
  • Take them out over towel lined plate, and continue the same process for reaming dough.
  • Let the sev cool completely , as it cools they will become crispy,break sev  lightly with your hand sev is ready to serve.Or store them in airtight container. it stay good for 2-3 weeks.
