Egg-less Carrot Cake Without Oven Or Microwave Recipe.






Cooking  Time:25 Minutes.
Ingredients:
1  Cup-Plain flour
2-3 Carrots-Finely grated
1 Can-Condensed milk 300 ml
3 tbs- Butter
1 tbs-Baking powder
1 tbs-Vanilla essence
2 tbs-Almond slices
1/2 Cup-Tutty fruity.

Direction:How To Cook.























  • Start heating a large  Kadai/pan,and  place a wire stand or perforated plate in side the pan, and cover and let it preheat for 7-8 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl ,add melted butter and then add condensed milk and  mix well and then add baking powder and plain flour ,grated carrot ,vanilla essence,almond slices and mix well.
  • Grease  the cake tin with oil and place  the wax paper in the tin.
  • And then pour the wet mixture in the cake tin,and bake in preheated kadai/pan.
  • Keep the flame low-medium and bake for 20-22 minutes.
  • Check the cake with a skewer after 20 minutes by poking it in, if it comes out clean ,its ready,if not keep for some more time.
  • Take the cake out of the pan and let it cook.
  • Then using a knife,loosen the edges and take the cake out
  • Serve with tea,coffee or just as its is!!!!!!!!!!!
