Easy and Quick Paneer(cheese) Veg Sandwich Recipe.




Cooking Time :7-8 Minutes.

Ingredients :

  • 2 slice of bread
  • 2-3 slice of capsicum
  • 2-3 slice of tomato 
  • 2-3 slice of onion
  • 1/3 cup of paneer(cheese)
  • 2 tbs of butter. 

Direction: How To Make It.


  • Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan.

  • And then add paneer(cheese),fry it for 2 minutes,and then take it out.

  • And now add onion,tomato and capsicum slices in the same pan and roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame and then switch off the flame.

  • Take two bread slices and apply butter on each slice.

  • And then apply green chutney on one slice,and add 1 tsp of tamarind chutney of another slice.

  • And then put paneer on the bread slices and then put then put roasted onion ,tomato,capsicum on one slice and then put the other slice on top, and apply little butter on the top of slice.



  • And now add 1 tsp of butter in a pan and when butter start melt and then put the sandwich on  tawa ,toast it for a minute then flip it.

  • Toast it till it turn crispy and then take it out.



  • And then cut the sandwich.
