Chhole kulcha Pockets Recipe





Cooking Time:10-12 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup-Onion chopped
  • 1 Cup-Boiled chick pea
  • 2-Medium boiled potato
  • 1/2 Cup-Tomato chopped
  • Kulcha bread
  • 1-2-Green chili chopped
  • 1 tbs-Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs- Mango powder
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbs -Oil 


Direction: How To Cook This.








  • First heat the oil in the large pan and then add cumin seeds and when its start crackling then add chopped onion and saute them for minuets don't overcook and then add tomato and cook for 1 minutes and then add boiled potato and boiled chickpea and mix well and then add salt ,mango powder and tamarind sauce and mix well, and meanwhile in the same pan roast the kulcha chhole bread on low flame {you can roast the bread on separate pan}and  switch off the flame when bread turn light golden.

  • And then cut kulcha bread in half and slit in between-to make pockets.
  • Now in slit kulcha bread pocket ..add 3-4 tbs of cooked chhole  {chick-pea} potato stuff as show.
  • On the top you can add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  • Serve immediately.
