Cooking Time:1-2 Minutes per paratha
Ingredients:
1 cup-Whole wheat flour
1 cup-Boiled mashed sweet potato
Just few water drops for kneading
Direction:How To Cook This.
- In a bowl take one cup of whole wheat flour and boiled mashed sweet potato and gradually mix it and just add few's drops of water and make a nice dough,and then cover it for 5 minutes,it become soft dough.
- After that take small portion of dough ,and make a lemon size of ball and use a rolling pin to flatten each ball,with the help-of a rolling pin begin to roll each ball to a round roti of 7 inches,
- Meanwhile heat the non-stick tawa over medium flame, and place paratha on the tawa and cook it until you begin to see bubbles,then flip it.
- Flip the paratha too and cook until brown spots appears on both sides.
- Remove the paratha on a plate.
- Serve with butter or yogurt or sabgi.....
