Til Mawa Laddo {sesame Laddo} With Jaggery Recipe.







Cooking Time:10-12 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 Cup-Milk powder
1/2 Cup-Full fat cream
1  Cup-Jaggery
1 Cup-Sesame seeds
1/4 Cup-Ghee

Direction:How To Make This:







  • Firstly take a large pan and add ghee and heat it and  then add cream and stir it and after 1 minute add milk powder gradually with stir and mix well ,{note- do not add milk powder at a one time}






  • And mix well  and stir contentiously  and then add jeggery powder and stir well and mix it well and then add sesame seeds and mix well and stir it continuously on low flame for 10-12 minutes,now the dough separates from the pan, do not over cook,other wise the laddo turns chewy.






  • After 10 to 12 minutes  with off the flame and put it into plat or mould  and set it well,cool down on room temperature and after 10-15 minutes ,make a laddo and decorate with sesame seeds.
