Coriander and Mint Chutney Recipe.





                                      



 

Ingredients:

1 Cup- Roughly chopped onion

1 Cup-Wash ,clean fresh mint leaves

1 Cup-Wash, clean ,roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves

1 tbs-Jaggery piece

1 tbs-Mango pickle slices

1 tsp-Salt or to taste

1 tsp-Cumin seeds


Direction: Here is how I make green coriander/mint chutney.

Grind all ingredients in a mortal and pestle till it turns into a fine paste.
