Cauliflower Curry{Gobi Sabgi without onion &Garlic Recipe.





                                   



 Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

2 Cups- Cauliflower florets 

4 tbs-Yogurt 

1/2 tbsp.-Mango powder

1/2 tsp-Black pepper

1/2 tsp-Salt or salt to taste

1 Tomato or some slices of ginger {paste}

1tbs-Oil

1Green chilli slices

1 tsp-Cumin seeds

Salt to taste

1tsp-Turmeic powder

1 tbs-Tomato paste

1/2 Water for consistency

1/2 Cup-Chopped fresh coriander leaves
