Mango Milkshake Recipe.


Total Time:5-8 Minutes.

Ingredients:

2-Ripe Mangoes,chopped
2 Cup-Milk
1 tbs-Tutti frutti for decoration(optional)(you can  use any kind of dry fruit)

Direction:How To Make.










  • Wash,peel and chop mangoes in to small pieces,discard stone.
  • Transfer them in to blender jar.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy and there are no mango chunks in it.
  • And then  add milk and blend again for few seconds.
  • Pour prepared shake into serving glasses,and garnish with tutti frutti or almond slices.

Note:
  • You can add sugar for more sweetness
  • Or also you can add ice cube and ice cream.
  • Add less milk for thick shake or add more milk for thin shake.

Lebanese Bread Sandwich Recipe.

Total Time:10 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2-Lebanese bread
  • 2-Frozen Veggie patties(optional)
  • 2 tbs-Mayonnaise sauce
  • 1-Medium tomato slices
  • 2-Cheese slices
  • 1/2 Cup-Lettuce,chopped
  • 1-Avocado slices


Direction:How To Cook.
First just little bit heat the bread on the flame
And also heat  the frozen veggies patties for 2-3 minutes.

And then apply mayonnaise sauce in the middle of bread
And then apply the tomato sauce
And then place the chopped lettuce

And then place the tomato slices

And then place the avocado slices

And then place the cheese  slices

And then add  veggies patties slices

And now make the roll

Bread roll

Cut in to half

And place on the serving plate

Stuffed Green Chillies Fry Recipe.




Total Time:13 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5-Green chilli
  • 1 tbs- Fennel seeds,crushed or powder
  • 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp-Salt
  • 1 tsp-Caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp-Cumin seeds
  • 3 tbs- Mustard oil

Direction:How To Cook.
  • Wash the chilli and dry them and slit them and keep the stem intact to hold it together.
  • And combine all the ingredients well with 1 tbs oil. and stuff approximately 1 tsp in to chillies.
  • And heat the 2 tbs oil in a pan and place stuffed chilli,and cover with lid,and add in leftover stuffing mixture and cook on low heat till the chillies become slightly soft.
  • Flip the chilli and cook on all sides keeping the flame on medium.
  • Once the chills are cooked from all sides, switch off the flame
  • Finally serve stuffed chilli fry as a side dish with you meal.

Sweet Rice(Zarda Pulao) Recipe..



Cook Time:15 Minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup- Uncooked Rice
  • 1/2 Cup-Sugar 
  • 20-25-Cloves
  • 8-10-Almond,chopped
  • 4-5-Green Cardamom Pods(crushed)
  • 1 tbs-Ghee
  • 1 tsp-Yellow food colour
  • 3 Cup-Water
Direction:How To Cook.









  • First soak the rice in a bowl  for 15 Minutes.
  • And then heat the ghee in a wok/kadai and add cloves and saute for 2 minutes and then add rice with water and add sugar,green cardamon and yellow food colour and mix well.
  • And then cover and cook on simmer flame for  10-15 minutes.
  • Stir in between to prevent from burning.
  • Cook until the rice is cooked completely, and don't overcook as rice turns mushy.
  • And serve sweet rice/zarda pulao hot garnished with few chopped almonds.
Notes:
  • You can sugar can be replace with  jaggery.
  • Or you can add cashew,raisins,coconut,little saffron...

Oats and Wheat Flour Chilla (Pancake) Recipe.


Prep Time:5 Minutes.
Cook Time:4-5 Minutes per chilla(Pancake)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup-Wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup-Masala oats or plain oats 
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste.
  • Water.
Direction:How To Make.













  • Add wheat flour and masala oats ,turmeric powder,salt to taste  to the bowl,pour water as needed and make a batter that is not very thin or thick.
  • And then heat a pan and grease the pan with oil, and pour 1 ladle of batter.
  • Spread it gently to a slight thin pancake and drizzle oil around the edges.
  • Cook the bottom side for few minutes on low to medium flame.
  • Flip the chilla(pancake) and cook  the other side too for few minutes until its is cooked well
  • Make sure the  chilla (pancake) cooked well and brown spot are seen.
  • Repeat making the rest.
  • Serve warm chilla with Yogurt dip.
