Prep Time:5 Minutes.
Cook Time:4-5 Minutes per chilla(Pancake)
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup-Wheat flour
- 1/2 Cup-Masala oats or plain oats
- 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste.
- Water.
Direction:How To Make.
- Add wheat flour and masala oats ,turmeric powder,salt to taste to the bowl,pour water as needed and make a batter that is not very thin or thick.
- And then heat a pan and grease the pan with oil, and pour 1 ladle of batter.
- Spread it gently to a slight thin pancake and drizzle oil around the edges.
- Cook the bottom side for few minutes on low to medium flame.
- Flip the chilla(pancake) and cook the other side too for few minutes until its is cooked well
- Make sure the chilla (pancake) cooked well and brown spot are seen.
- Repeat making the rest.
- Serve warm chilla with Yogurt dip.
