Ingredients:
250 ml : Thickened Cream
1 Cup : Cold Water
Directions:
- Pour 250 ml thickened cream into stand mixing blender jug.
- Set speed to medium and continue whipping until cream forms clotted clumps and buttermilk begins to separate. (Put some chilled water according to consistency)
- When butter gets separated from milk, pour it in to a sieve over a bowl and squeeze out any excess buttermilk. You can store it in the container in controlled temperature or fridge for upto week or in the Freezer for 2 month.
