Total Time:25 Minutes.
Cook Time:15 Minutes.
Prep Time:10 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 250gms- Lemon(Nimbu)
- 250 gms-Sugar
- 1/2 tbs-Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbs-Garam Masala
- 1/2 tbs-Black Pepper
- 1 tbs-Oil
- Salt to taste.
- Wash and wipe lemons with a soft cloth
- Cut lemons in to small pieces and remove the seeds.
- Grind the chopped pieces in the mixer to make a paste(Its fine if paste is thicker,no need to make it very smooth)
- Heat a 1 tbs oil in to a pan and add lemon paste and mix well. Cook for 4-5 Minutes and then add sugar and cook on low flame.
- When it started to thicken then add garam masala,red chilli, black pepper,salt to taste and mix well and cook for 10 minutes on low flame till it become soft jam like consistency.
- Take it off the heat and store in clean airtight jar when it cool.
- Keep it in direct sunlight for 1-2 days,you can have it instantly but to have a bitter taste.
- Serving with snacks and use as a side dish with your meal.

Noteππ1.Always use a dry spoon to scoop out the chutney from the jar.
2.Select lemon that have thin skin or soft to touch when slightly
pressed.
