Ingredients:
- 3 -Medium Potatoes,peel and cut into thin or strips.
- 3-Medium Onion,cut in to thin
- 5-6-Spinach big leaves,cut in to thin or strips
- 2-Cup Besan(Chickpea flour)
- 2 tbs-Red chilli
- 2 tbs-Turmeric powder
- 2 tbs- Garam masala
- 2 tbs-Dry fenugreek leave
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for deep fry
Direction:How To Cook This Recipe.
- In a large bowl,mix the besan,salt,red chilli ,turmeric,garama masala,dry fenugreek leaves.Stirring with a whisk,add 1 cup of water.or you can add water according to consistency and mix well,make sure don't be lump in the batter.
- Heat the oil,add potatoes,onion,spinach in the batter and mix well,take spoonful of the batter and drop gently in to the oil and fry until golden,or fry for about 2 to 5 minutes.Repeat with the remaining mixer
- When you think they are brown enough,take them out and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve the potato-onion-spinach pakora hot with ketchup or any type of chutney and hot tea/coffee.
