Stir Fried Radish (Moli di bhurji) Recipe



Total Time:25 Minutes.
Prep Time:10 Minutes.
Cook Time:15 Minutes.



Ingredients:
  • 4-5 -Radish (Moli) grated /or cut in to tiny pieces
  • Radish(Moli) leaves-Chopped
  • 1-Medium onion ,chopped
  • 2 tbs- Ginger ,crushed or chopped
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs-Red chilli powder
  • Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbs -Tomato Paste
  • Salt to taste
Direction: How To Cook This Recipe:
  • Wash raddish and its fresh green leaves.
  • Peel the radish and then grated and chop green leaves of radish finely.
  • In a medium sized non-stick pan ,add oil and heat over medium flame and then ass onion,ginger fry till onion become lightly golden,then add red chilli, tomato paste, then add salt to taste, add turmeric powder,add dry fengureek leaves and mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Now add grated radish and chopped leaves and mix well
  • Cook them until the radish and leaves cook well(approximately 10 -12 minutes)
  • Serve mooli ki bhurji (Stir Fried Radish )with roti/pranatha.
