Ingredients:
2 Bread slices wholegrain/white bread
1/2- Carrot grated
1/2 -Cucumber grated
1/2-Avocado slices, mashed
1-Small onion chopped
1 Cup-Plain thick yogurt/curd
Small cup of water

Direction: How To Make This Recipe:
- Take 2 bread slices and cut the edge from all 4 sides(Don't waste the sides,you can prepare bread crumbs from it.)
- Roll them flat using chapati roller,roll as thin as possible,this help us to roll later for preparing sandwich.
- Place them such that they are overlapping each other in a single row.
- Wet the edges of the sides overlapping and seal the edges to join them by pressing them together.
- In a bowl add yogurt,carrot,cucumber(grated) and onion,(chopped),add avocado mashed, and mix together( If you like you can add black salt,pepper or any kind of chutney,as per your choice.)
- Place these mixture at one end of the slices.And now slowly roll the sandwich tightly holding two bread slices,roll up bread from one end to another.
- Cut the rolls in to 1 inch pieces or cut in to half pieces.
