Total Time:5 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup-Wheat flour
- 2 1/2 tbs- Caster sugar
- 1/2 tbs-Baking powder
- 3 tbs-Soft margarine or butter
- 1/2 Cup-Milk
- 1/4 tbs- Vanilla extract
- Silicone cupcake molds (microwave-proof cups with oil or butter
For icing:
- 3 tbs-soft margarine or butter
- 8 tbs-Icing sugar
- 1 Drop-Food colour( any food colour according to your choice)
Direction: How To Cook This.
- Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl until combined.
- Add in butter or soft margarine,milk and vanilla extract and stir with a small whisk or fork until smooth.
- Fill each cup no more than 1/2 full with batter.
- Place these cup in the microwave for 5 minutes(depending on microwave strength and amount of batter.) if you see any smoke,you have overcooked the cake.it will be hard,make sure don't overcooked.
- To make the with icing using a small spatula,mix the butter well in a bowl with icing sugar until the frosting is creamy and thick and add one drop of food colour and mix well.
- Transfer frosting to a small piping bag with your chosen nozzle attached and pipe onto the cupcakes,alternative just ice by hand with small offset spatula
- Cool cupcake.Frost and decorate as desired
