5 Minutes Vanilla Cupcake in Microwave





Total Time:5 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup-Wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 tbs- Caster  sugar
  • 1/2 tbs-Baking powder
  • 3 tbs-Soft margarine or butter
  • 1/2 Cup-Milk
  • 1/4 tbs- Vanilla extract
  • Silicone cupcake molds (microwave-proof cups with oil or butter
For icing:
  • 3 tbs-soft margarine or butter
  • 8 tbs-Icing sugar
  • 1 Drop-Food colour( any food colour according to your choice)
Direction: How To Cook This.








  • Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl until combined.
  • Add in butter or soft margarine,milk and vanilla extract and stir with a small whisk or fork until smooth.
  • Fill  each cup no more than 1/2 full with batter.
  • Place these cup in the microwave for 5 minutes(depending on microwave strength and amount of batter.) if you see any smoke,you have overcooked the cake.it will be hard,make sure don't overcooked.








 

  •  To make the with icing using a small spatula,mix the butter well in a bowl with icing sugar until the frosting is creamy and thick and add one drop of food colour and mix well.
  • Transfer frosting to a small piping bag with your chosen nozzle attached and pipe onto the cupcakes,alternative just ice by hand with small offset spatula
  • Cool cupcake.Frost and decorate as desired
