Total Time:7-8 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 Raw mango peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tbs- Jaggery(grated) or brown sugar
- 1 tbs- Cooking oil
- 1/2 tbs- Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs- Cumin seeds
- 1/3 Cup-Water
Direction: How To Cook This:
- Wash,peel and cut the raw mango in to small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds when it start crackling then add salt to taste,brown sugar,turmeric and add mangoes cubes and mix well
- Stirring well after 3 minutes add water and cook for another 5-6 minutes,cook on medium low flame or stirring in between,make sure don't burn the stuff.
- And then switch off the flame and serve warm with paratha or rice.
- Note: you can add more quantity of mangoes and if mangoes sour add brown sugar/jaggery according to your taste.
