Raw Mango Dip Recipe





Total Time:7-8 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Raw mango peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tbs- Jaggery(grated) or brown sugar
  • 1 tbs- Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tbs- Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs- Cumin seeds
  • 1/3 Cup-Water
Direction: How To Cook This:


  • Wash,peel and cut the raw mango in to small cubes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and  add cumin seeds when it start crackling then add salt to taste,brown sugar,turmeric and add mangoes cubes and mix well
  • Stirring well after 3 minutes add water and cook for another 5-6 minutes,cook on medium low flame or stirring in  between,make sure don't burn the stuff.
  • And then switch off the flame and serve warm with paratha or rice.
  • Note: you can add more quantity of mangoes and if mangoes sour add brown sugar/jaggery according to your taste.
