Total Time:25 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 3 Cup-Green beans,chopped
- 3-Potatoes,boiled ,diced pieces
- 100 gms-Ricotta Paneer(cheese)
- 1-Onion,chopped
- 1-Tomato ,chopped
- 1 tbs-Ginger,crushed or chopped
- 1 tbs-Red chilli powder
- 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs-Dry fenugreek leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 Cup-Water
- Oil for cooking
- Some fresh coriander leaves,chopped
Direction: How To Cook.
- Firstly wash and chopped beans and boil the potatoes and cut them in to dice pieces, and boil the paneer(cheese) for 5-8 minutes(do not throw away the water,keep it a side,we will use later.)
- After that heat the oil in the pan/kadai or add onion,fry till onion become light brown and then add ginger and mix well and cook for one minutes and then add tomatoes and cook for when they turn soft and then add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,dry fengureek leaves and salt to taste, mix well .
- And then add green chopped beans and mix well cook for 10 minutes and then add boiled potatoes and then add boiled paneer(cheese) and add that water we had reserved( which one used for boiled paneer(cheese) and mix well again cook for 5-8 minutes.
- And switch off the flame ,garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti,naan,rice.
