Curly Kale Soup Recipe






Total Time:20 Minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 250 gram- Curly kale ,chopped,stems removed
  • 2 tbs-Butter
  • 1 tbs- Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp-Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1-Onion sliced
  • 1/2-Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbs- Ginger cursed
  • 2 -Green chilli chopped
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
Direction: How To Cook.
  • Wash the curly kale and chopped it,and removed the stems.
  • Heat the butter in a large pot over medium high flame,add cumin seeds  and saute it and then add onions saute until onion become light golden ,add green chilli,ginger,dry fenugreek  leaves ,turmeric powder saute and add tomato,saute for 2-4 minutes and then add chopped kale and add water 3-4 cup of water and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the kale softens and become darker green,stir in between .
  • And then blend this mixture and make puree for 2-3 minutes and until the soup is completely smooth you can use a hand blend stick  or transfer to a blender and whizz.
  • And then add 1-2 cup of water in this puree and cook again for 3-4 minutes ,and then switch off the flame.
  • Season with salt and black pepper and serve with yummy toasted wheat bread or crackers.
