Leftover Dal Paratha Recipe.




Prep Time:10 Minutes
Cook Time-2-3 Minutes per paratha.

Ingredients:
2 Cup-Leftover dal
3- Cup-Wheat flour
1/2 tsp-Turmeric powder
1/2 Cup-Green coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
For roasting oil/ghee/clarified buter

Direction:How To Cook

  • In large bowl combine all ingredients,wheat flour,leftover dal,chopped green coriander,salt to taste,turmeric powder,and  then start kneading and make soft dough.if  the dough becomes too soft just add a little bit of dry wheat flour to it.
  • Make a small balls of out of this dough.
  • With the tip of your fingertips flatten out the dough ball.
  • Using a rolling pin,roll the ball,in a small circle like roti,heat the tawa/pan and transfer it to the hot tawa.
  • Cook from one side,when cooked for 1 minutes on medium flame ,flip it over and cook the other side,pour 1 tsp oil and spread it around,,repeat the process and cook the other side by applying few drops of oil,when coked from both side,remove from tawa.
  • Serve hot with Yogurt,Chutney.
