Ingredients:
- 250gm-Turnip,peeled,chopped
- 2-3-Potato,chopped
- 1-Medium onion,chopped
- 1/4 Cup-Water (Take less or more as needed)
- 1 tbs-Cumin seeds
- 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs -Oil for cooking
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh green coriander leaves.
Direction:How To Cook .
- First wash the turnip and remove the leaves of turnip and also remove the top thick skin and cut into pieces,and also wash the potatoes, peel the skin of potato and cut into pieces.
- Heat a oil in the pan/wok,and add cumin seeds when its starts crackling ,then add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes and then add chopped turnip and potatoes and add salt to taste and add turmeric powder and little amount of water and mix well.and cook for 15-20 minutes when turnip turn soft,tender and after than add chopped green coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve warm with roti/naan....
