Total Time:20 Minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cup-Soya Chunks
- 2 Potato,Boiled
- 1-Onion ,chopped
- 1 tbs-Tomato paste
- 1 tbs- Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs- Dry fenugreek leaves
- 1 tbs- Cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Water as requirement
- Oil for cooking
- Chopped coriander leaves.
Direction:How To Cook.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add soya chunks and fry til it become light brown, and then transfer them with a ladle to an absorbent tissue placed in a plate.
- And then in the same oil add onion and saute for 1 minutes and then add turmeric powder,dry fenugreek leaves,salt to taste and cumin seeds and mix well and saute them for 1 minutes again and then add tomato paste and mix well.
- And then and boiled potato dice and mix well and then add fried soya chunks and mix well. and then add water 3 cup of water and cook for 7-8 minutes and then add half cup of milk. and mix well
- And garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- And serve hot/warm with rice/roti..
