Cauliflower Pakoda Recipe.





Cook Time:15 Minutes.

Ingredients:


  • 250 grams-Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup-Gram flour
  • 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs- Dried fenugreek leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Direction: How To Cook.



















  • Break or chop the cauliflower in medium sized florets.
  •  Rinse them well and cook for 5-6 minutes in microwave or add them to the boiling water.
  • And now in a bowl, make s smooth batter with the besan/gram flour,salt,dry fenugreek leaves,turmeric and water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or deep fryer.
  • Take each cauliflower and dip in the batter.
  • Coat each floret with the batter and add these in the medium hot oil.
  • Fry till the cauliflower are crisp and golden.
  • Drain cauliflower pakoda on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  •  Serve the cauliflower pakoda hot or warm with any chutney or sauce.
