Ingredients:
- 250 grams-Cauliflower
- 1 Cup-Gram flour
- 1 tbs-Turmeric powder
- 1 tbs- Dried fenugreek leaves
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Break or chop the cauliflower in medium sized florets.
- Rinse them well and cook for 5-6 minutes in microwave or add them to the boiling water.
- And now in a bowl, make s smooth batter with the besan/gram flour,salt,dry fenugreek leaves,turmeric and water.
- Heat oil in a kadai or deep fryer.
- Take each cauliflower and dip in the batter.
- Coat each floret with the batter and add these in the medium hot oil.
- Fry till the cauliflower are crisp and golden.
- Drain cauliflower pakoda on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve the cauliflower pakoda hot or warm with any chutney or sauce.
